Yeah. I'd be more worried about DC Comics coming after you with a name like batman... I'm sure it would get us some pretty cool press coverage though - "Bacula backup software project served with Cease and Desist letter by DC Comics" - You can't buy publicity like that :) Kidding aside, how about Batula? I'm sure we could even backronym it into something meaningful. Or...
