Did you use the install_bweb script to install part bweb? It simplifies the installation or rather automates a good portion of it, but you must absolutely take care to edit the environment variables at the top of the file before running the script. You also need to modify your Apache conf file appropriately to allow cgi access to your cgi-bin/bweb directory. That is explained in the INSTALL document. There are a lot of subtle little details to attend to to get it to run the first time, but it is worth the effort, and I would very much appreciate feedback on where you run into problems so that we can enhance the INSTALL document. The objective is to make INSTALL very complete, automate as much of it as possible with scripts or via rpm/apt packages, and also to write a document that describes the installation process. All that requires a bit more feedback. Regards, Kern ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
