Need I more than one pool for have twho > concurrent backup jobs in an autochager with two drives? > I believe if you want to use both drives at the same time you have to use more than one pool because the second job will want to use the tape that is in the first drive and because it can't unload the tape from the first drive it will wait till the first job completes. You may be able to get around this problem by manually loading a tape in each drive and getting bacula to mount each drive.
