Is it possible to configure bacula to use both of these autochangers with 2 concurrent backup jobs?

Yes. If you look at
http://www.bacula.org/rel-manual/Autochanger_Support.html#SECTION000295000000000000000
it look fairly simple. You must be sure to allow (at least) 2 concurrent
jobs in your director and in your storage daemon. You might want to
consider reserving one drive for restores. LTO2 is quite fast and I you
have to have a fairly fast machine in order to saturate two LTO2 drives.
