Thanks very much for responding to my questions and for posting the updated HOWTO. I managed to get it working.. it looks good! My only remaining problem is that I cannot get it to create any slots on drive-1. Whenever I run "label barcodes", regardless of the drive number I use, the slots are always created on drive-0.
