Hello, I have a multi machine Bacula setup. The Director and Storage Daemons are running on Linux. Two File Daemons are running on Windows Server 2003 SP1.
The file daemon services on WS2K3 seem to crash on a regular basis. I setup service recovery (restart) after 15 minutes, but the end result is that the service is not running and backups are failing. The file daemon services are running under a special "sys_backup" user identity which is a member of the Backup Operators group and has read permissions to the folders to be backed up.
