There is a Poll feature, but I don't recommend it.  I think (I don't burn DVDs 
here so I am not 100% sure) that the proper solution is for you to do a 
"mount" command in bconsole after inserting the blank DVD.  This is the same 
procedure that you would follow after mounting a new tape.
