I've used Acronis True Image on Windows, it basically compares to Norton
Ghost. (ie it's more of a disk imager than an actual backup system) I
don't know about the Server bit, the advertised differential backup
capabilities or even the single file restoration bits though. (I know
that one can extract single files from an image, but not knowing the
server bit, I have no idea whether it actually has some kind of catalog
for the metadata etc etc)

Apart from that, there's of course the price tag.
