I'm going to have fun and throw out an totally off the wall idea. Off the wall because 1) I have no idea if anyone would want this, and 2) I am not 100% sure it could even be done. Has anyone thought about integrating Kross <http://kross.dipe.org/> into Bacula? You can easily define the API you want to expose, and you automatically have scripting available in Python, Ruby, and KDE Javascript. I have a hunch it will have too many dependencies on KDE libraries to integrate in a server daemon, but it's sure a fun idea! j -- Joshua Kugler Lead System Admin -- Senior Programmer http://www.eeinternet.com PGP Key: http://pgp.mit.edu/ ID 0xDB26D7CE PO Box 80086 -- Fairbanks, AK 99708 -- Ph: 907-456-5581 Fax: 907-456-3111 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys.
