You can try five things: 1. Read the autochanger chapter of the manual. Especially about how to change "magazines". 2. Learn how to do "update slots" or "update slots scan 1-7" if you do not have barcodes. 3. Upgrade to 1.39.28 4. Cross your fingers. 5. If the problem occurs again, be *much* more specific about what happened (with complete console and Job report output) and what commands you issued when. Note, in general, if you unmount a drive, remove a volume from an autochanger, then remount the drive, Bacula just is not going to work.
