I now installed the latest kernel from suse 10.2 beta2 on my SLES 10 System which was fortunatly possible by just using "rpm -i kernel-bigsmp-2.6.18.2-4.i586.rpm" and changing grubs menu.lst so I can boot the original kernel in case something goes wrong.
novell.com seem down at the moment but I will look into the bug report as soon as possible.
