The patch for the FreeBSD port has been submitted: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=104412 It's pretty simple to apply if you want to test the BETA version now. Note that the FreeBSD ports tree is now frozen in preparation for the release of FreeBSD 6.2.
