Hi, I'd like to move one of my Director/SD hosts, and am wondering what the implications are for name changes. Of course I'll have to change the FD configs on all of the clients, as well as the Director and the SD, but I'm not certain what this means for jobs that have already run, etc. Can I restore without problems? Will differential/incremental jobs do the right thing?
I know moving to another host doesn't necessitate changing the name of the Director and SD, but thanks to my less-than-optimal naming scheme, it's less confusing if I do change them. I've searched this list archives, and looked briefly at the manual, but didn't find an answer there.
