All very well you may think....
...except that:
job 16879 is priority 10 and was started first.
job 16880 is priority 11 and was started 3 minutes later...
... but there are 2 tape drives in the changer, so I was expecting
it to start immediately.
job 16881 is priority 9 and was started 30 seconds after that.
When did priority 9 become lower than 10.
Why can't differing priority jobs run simultaneously on different drives?
