Unless I don't really understand your request, this seems to me to be a bit of a special case, which is not the ideal candidate for implementation. But in any case, if you really want this feature, the way to get it is the write up a Feature Request (see www.bacula.org for how to do so) and then convince the users that it is a good idea.
