Yes, and in 1.38.11 or later you have the option of restoring all the files, 
since as you say, file by file is no longer possible after the file records 
have been pruned.  

In 1.39.22 or later, you can also Migrate the job, in which case, the File 
records will be restored -- however, unless you change the retention period, 
they will be pruned rather quickly.
