Just as an FYI, this builds on HP-UX 11i, PA-RISC 1.1 with only one modification -- to remove the HAVE_IPV6 define (suspect same for 1.38.x but I never had time to go back to it). So far, with the limited testing I've been able to do, seems to work OK.
