It looks like that... either follow Kerns suggestion (debug output) or 
unmount the device and use btape to access the volume.

After unmounting, load the tape from slot 20 manually or using mtx, then 
run btape against that tape drive. Use the command 'readlabel' to see 
what Bacula finds.

By the way, this does not tell that his volume is loaded, only that 
Bacula already reserved it for use. I believe.

There! Obviously, a volume label could not be read. Try the btape test I 
suggested. If that shows that the tape has the correct volume it might 
be a problem with mtx-changer, most probably a too short wait time after 
laoding a tape.
