A script with that name will be published *after* the release.  At the current 
time, and for the duration of the 1.39.x and 1.40.x release, the correct file 
to use is "update_bacula_tables", which as the document indicates is 
installed in your scripts directory and is also in <bacula-source>/src/cats.

Thanks for mentioning this, because, I notice that the ReleaseNotes do not 
explicitly mention the name of the update script, and it should, so I will 
fix that.
