After understanding the problem and need I think it is possible to use
a normal user as long as that user has full control set on every file
that will ever need backed up or restored. Personally, I would avoid
this solution (unless the files were generated by an automatic
process) as it almost certainly will lead to problems as files with
the wrong permissions will not be backed up.
