JobIds are not unique.  The full Job name is unique, and that is what is used.  
I don't see any advantage to adding the JobId or changing it, or at least you 
have not explained it enough for me.

Please present an "explicit" example of what you want, and try to ensure that 
it is not wrapped by the emailer (possibly via an attachment).
