I suspect that the Bacula error message is correct -- that is there is no full backup for that job, because most likely the restored job was an incremental, thus selecting item 5 will not work because it wants to build a full directory tree and expects to find a Full backup followed by zero or more Differential and Incremental jobs. You can explictly enter a list of jobids by selecting another option (# 2 I think) and in your case, you would enter 563.
