When you are doing the restore and you reach the yes/mod/no question to run the restore job, prior to answering yes, in another shell, make a copy of the bootstrap file. The location of where it can be found is located in the printout a few lines before. Then please post a copy of that bootstrap file to the list. I need to see what it looks like. If you want better responses, you should always include a copy of your previous email. If all the information is not in front of me in *each* email, I, for one, don't have the time to research previous emails to find it.
