Bacula takes the policy that it doesn't delete your data automatically. As a result, it will never remove volumes and you can't configure it to do so automatically (that I am aware of). To clear off the volumes that you don't want anymore, use the "delete" command in bconsole. Once the volume is deleted from the catalog, you can use typical filesystem tools to remove the files.
