Yup. Option one: Manually set the volume status to "Used" after the last incremental before the following full backup is run. Two: Better define the volume use time than the maximum number of jobs per volume. This also helps if you add or remove clients, split jobs, or manually run backup jobs in between. Idea three: Use a run before job which is called before the job in question. When the level is "Full", find the volume to be used (i.e. the volume which is in append state, in the requested pool, and has one full job on it which is older thn six days, and mark it as used.
