Hi everybody, I'm in a bad moment with my backups. Few weeks ago I had bacula version 1.36.2 installed in my systems and suddenly the director began to exit with segmentation violation errors. As I had an old version of bacula (the stable version for debain systems), and I saw in the changelogs of newer versions that many segmentation fault bugs were fixed, I decided to update my bacula.
At the beginnig I had some problems with the database. I run the script update_sqlite_tables_8_to_9 to update my database, but the bacula still complained about the version of the database. Then I decided to create a new database, with the make_sqlite_tables, and it worked. Bacula was aparently running well, but I still cannot do any backup. The first backup could not finish because I didn't have space left on disk, but then I solved this and tried again, and now the errors are like this: 25-Jun 12:25 abel-dir: Abel.2006-06-25_12.22.59 Fatal error: sql_create.c:734 Create db File record INSERT INTO File (FileIndex,JobId,PathId,FilenameId,LStat,MD5) VALUES (10457,6,2147483649,407981,'MB JqG KH/ B A A A F BAA B BEgkBT BEGFz4 BEGFz4 A A E','0') failed. ERR=database disk image is malformed database disk image is malformed I receive lots of this messages for each backup that I try to run. Anybody has any idea about what is happenning? How the database is malformed if I have just created it? Thank you for your attention. Best regards, -- Tássia Camões - http://tassia.org 0x1D1D1702 - http://pgp.mit.edu
