I also get these same exact errors. Running FC5 on AMD64 with kernel
2.6.16-xen and bacula 1.38.8.

One really does not like to see such nasty looking errors when making a
backup.

You can also do: /etc/bacula/dvd-handler /dev/xxx prepare

I can remember this more easily than the other command.

I seem to be having issues with the label command also. The thing is, I
number all of my DVD media. I do not want bacula to just pick a number
to autolabel a new piece of media. I want to tell it what number is
already written on the media (especially if the media is not already
labeled and it has been expired/deleted from the database. What is the
proper way to handle this?
