I recently switched to a Quantum Superloader 3 16-slot LTO2 (Half-Height drive) loader on an Adaptec 39160 adapter. It's only been up for a few weeks but is running fine so far. I posted my config to the list a while ago if you're interested (Debian testing + Bacula 1.38.8 to 1.38.10). The only thing that doesn't seem to work within Linux is the mail-in slot (MTX doesn't see it). Of course, I can't say anything about long term reliability yet.
