Actually it hasn't even started to actual _recover_ process yet. It's
busy building a tree (approx 1.3GB of RAM will be used for that) of what
files to restore:

Something is probably incorrect / not right in our setup. Even though it's
not running on the fastest of hardware (Sun Ultra60, 2x360MHz CPU with
2GB of RAM) it is ridiculous that 5 million files should take this long
to handle...

(Probably something wrong with the indexes, which is why I sent the mail
to the list).

As soon as I have recovered those 302GB/5 million files I'll be able to
do some more experimentation...
