At least JL6922L3 was prunable and recyclable according to the defined
retention rules.

That does seem odd, and also seems, to me, to contradict what the
documentation says.

I have since set a maximum use duration so that tapes automatically
get marked Used.  That seems to be helpful.

Thanks for the tips.

We have just added a bunch of tapes to the library, so probably won't
see this crop up again for a bit.
