Well, you don't need multiple FDs - you can specify more than one job with 
different filesets per client ;)
For instance I've set up different jobs for every partition as I'm backing up 
snapshots, so I can run different commands before and after jobs.

But you could also put every folder (homedirectories, conf, samba shared 
folders..) to be backed up into the same fileset, why not?
