Hello Heitor,

On the Red Hat Enterprise 4, i got a problem... (could not find the server).
I search in the Internet and found the solution:
# ipx_configure --auto_interface=on --auto_primary=on
Than, i got another error - the Red Hat don“t recognize this command.

Are you sure you are using IPX? ncpfs works well with TCP/IP, and most installations of Netware => 6 (maybe even 5.5) are using TCP/IP.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this? I think there is a rpm package with ipx configurations tools that can save me... : /

This is the command i'm using to mount our netware 6 server:
ncpmount -t 300 -N NFS -y iso8859-15 -p cp850 -S <servername> \
   -A <DNS-servername> -U <username> <mountpoint>

the -A option swiches ncpmount into UDP mode, you must have a DNS entry for your server matching whatever you put in for DNS-servername because ncpmount still lacks SLP support. You can use the FQDN for DNS-servername if you wish.

good luck,
Nils
