Hi all,
I know that it is possible to build just the bacula client (FD), using
the option "--enable-client-only".
I have an heterogeneous distributed environment. However, I need to
install just the storage daemon
on a FreeBSD 6.0 machine, without the others components.
Is there any way to do this ?
At this time, as far as I know, no.
You can activate the bacula-sd and leave bacula-dir disabled though to
get the same result. The director will just take a tiny bit of your disc
space.
