Hi baculas! I've messed up my Bacula volumes a little. I'm using files as volumes and I've created a different device with a different folder for every job. I've also assigned "Maximum Volume Jobs = 1" and "Maximum Volumes = ..." for every pool so that the same files should be reused when they expire. What I did wrong was that I thought that different jobs could use the same pool without having common pool-entries in catalog.
Now I created a separate pool with different LabelFormat for every job and level. I also did move all the volumes from old pools to new ones. My question is that is there really no way for renaming my existing files according to new LaberFormat? I found a small discussion about it from June 2005 where Kern suggested to try bcopy and then updating SQL and renaming files (http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=11965790). Is there a better way by now or has anyone tried what Kern suggested? Silver ------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
