What you want to do is to create an sql script and use a command line database program to execute this script when it is called via bacula's RunBeforeJobClient command. I did not spell that all out earlier baecause I am not 100% sure what tools you have available to do this with mssql, as I use MSDE which is the free version that comes with no administration tools at all. So with my version I have to use a third party program to run sql scripts from the command line.
