Mine is:
49517 bacula   2 0  4996K  2860K poll    22:41  0.00%  0.00% bacula-
sd

So roughly the same as you. This has been running for about two
weeks:

$ ps auwx | grep bacula-sd
bacula  49517  0.0  0.6  4996 2860  ??  Ss   17Apr06  22:40.68
/usr/local/sbin/bacula-sd -u bacula -g operator -v -c
/usr/local/etc/bacula-sd.conf

$ uname -a
FreeBSD polo.example.org 4.11-STABLE FreeBSD 4.11-STABLE #2: Sun Mar
13 09:04:31 EST 2005
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/ANTEC  i386

After a restart:

9030 bacula     2   0  4460K  2432K poll     0:00  0.00%  0.00%
bacula-sd

Over to you....
