Kern, it's good to know you're okay with this idea. That's obviously important from a moral standpoint, even if it's not a critical factor legally. I'm pretty limited in what I can disclose about the project right now, thanks to an NDA, but that may change as things move forward.
I will discuss this, casually, with our legal folks. If any revelations come from that, I'll be sure to let you all know.
