There you have it!! Prime example of user error. I obviously did not understand the .bsr file. I will re-read the documentation in the restore section of the users manual because I do not remember the bsr's usage being discussed. I have only been using bacula for a few days, so I am learning new stuff every day. Thanks for the response and the solution!
