Dan Langille : Software Developer looking for work
my resume: http://www.freebsddiary.org/dan_langille.php
After reading those docs, i setup my device like this:
Device {
Name = Surestore-230
Media Type = "Ultrium 1"
Archive Device = /dev/nsa0
AutomaticMount = yes;
AlwaysOpen = yes
Offline On Unmount = no
Hardware End of Medium = no
BSF at EOM = yes
Maximum Spool Size = 5G
Spool Directory = /opt/backup/spool
Backward Space Record = no
Fast Forward Space File = no
TWO EOF = yes
}
I test the device with the btape program, fill command simple test, everything start very good but after some minutes of testing, my device error LEDs start flashing saying:
*Tape Error
*Use Clean Cartridge
And start receving on my console a lot of this messages:
