Title: Bacula not changing devices.

Hello all. 

I have a backup situation.  My system backs up to disks with a 1 week retention.  Once my system filled up one of the disks allocated to it, it did not move on to a different disk, but instead marked them all as 'full' even though they have hundreds of gigs available.

What information would be useful to assist in troubleshooting?
