I suspect you upgraded something on your system and there are new libraries or 
something, but Bacula was compiled on an older system or against older 
libraries.

In any case, I don't know what is wrong, it would take much more debugging to 
figure it out, but it seems to be something rather fundamental at a low 
system level, and I would start from scratch with fresh source tar file and 
re-configure and re-build Bacula.
