Greetings!
Okay, thanks to Helmut, I appear to be running again.
However, I am not able to connect to bacula-dir, using gnome-console
(what I usually run) or bconsole.
The error is Connection Refused.
My manual lists Connection Refused. Packet Size too big from File...
(page 297)
What I get is just Connection Refused. Here it is, specifically:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] bin]# ./bconsole
Connecting to Director barrycon:9101
24-Mar 23:15 bconsole: Fatal error: bnet.c:859 Unable to connect to Director
daemon on barrycon:9101. ERR=Connection refused

I am using the exact same .conf files. I have diff'ed (compared)
them to .conf files which I have copied/stored on my USB disks.
Therefore, passwords, etc., should be the same.
Is there something else that I need, different, in the .conf files
from version 1.36.3 to version 1.38.5?
