In Bacula version 1.38.6-beta6 there are two new console commands "enable" and 
"disable" that allow you to enable and disable particular Jobs by using:

   disable job=<job-name>

or 

  enable job=<job-name>

Be aware that 1.38.6-beta6 is a BETA version and that there are some known 
mutex deadlock bugs in it (thought they are very unlikely to occur for most 
users).
