Yes, I am able to reproduce it, and I have been working on it for the last 
couple of days.  The code had several rather important bugs in it, and I just 
finished knocking off the last one a few minutes ago.  Now I need to run it 
through the regression tests to ensure that I haven't broken something 
somewhere else, and after that, I will need to back port the fixed that I 
made in 1.39.6 to 1.38.6-beta5. 

It will be a few days more, possibly this weekend before I can tidy everything 
up, but it is looking much better now.
