If you are and you upgrade to 2.6.15, make sure
No, I'm not. The production servers run 2.6.10-1.771_FC2 and 2.6.12-1.1456_FC4smp (both Fedora Core kernels); tests were also done on a self-built 2.6.13.4 kernel. In all cases the result was exactly the same. [And actually I can't upgrade some of the machines since I was stupid enough to use Highpoint RocketRAID controller which come with proprietary Linux drivers without complete source code and is not available and does not compile for current kernel versions. Lesson learned.] Thanks anyway.
