No,  I'm  not.  The  production  servers  run  2.6.10-1.771_FC2   and
2.6.12-1.1456_FC4smp (both Fedora Core kernels); tests were also done
on  a self-built 2.6.13.4 kernel. In all cases the result was exactly
the same. [And actually I can't upgrade some of the machines since  I
was  stupid  enough to use Highpoint RocketRAID controller which come
with proprietary Linux drivers without complete source  code  and  is
not  available  and  does  not  compile  for current kernel versions.
Lesson learned.]
