Hi all,

I am using bacula server, the problem is....

From last one month backup is not happining, i
have mysql server as a database but i found that in
this database server there are not any database with
name bacula or mysql. But basic requirment is you
should have bacula and mysql server.

If there is no database mysql in a MySQL server I think you are in trouble... don't know much about it, though, only that this is where MySQL stores everything related to authorization there.

This is possible that i can create this database
manually...

Definitely, though I wouldn't recommend it.

The best way is to let that do the supplied installation scripts. If you install from a package, these should probably be run automatically or you'd get a hint at least. If installing from source, I can only recommend to read the manual and the ReleaseNotes and so on because there you find a description of what you need to do.

Concerning databases, it's mainly running the supplied scripts.

Plz help me with this regards

If you still encounter problems, it would be very useful if you supplied information on how exactly you installed Bacula.

Arno
