Your question is not entirely clear.  One hopes the following points,
all of which are discussed in detail the manual, will help you:

- It is POSSIBLE to back up NTFS filesystems on a Win32 machine, from a
Unix machine, via Samba.  However, this is not recommended.
- There is a native Win32 client, which is the recommended way of
backing up filesystems on Win32 machines.
- Files can be backed up from a Win32 NTFS or FAT partition, then
restored onto a Unix partition, provided they are backed up using the
"portable" format.
- Backing up files from a Unix machine and restoring them to a Win32
filesystem generally does not present a problem.
