Hi !

I can`t figure out exactly what is needed from the documentation. Please give me a hand :)

We have a tape-pool of 16 Tapes that are to be used in a fixed order.
Afaik the commands i need to configure are these:

Accept Any Volume = yes # use next available volume
AutoPrune = yes # Prune expired volumes
Recycle = yes # automatically recycle Volumes
Recycle Current Volume = yes # recycle current(inserted?)volume

I looked them up in the documentation. I noticed that even though "Accept any Volume" is used in many examples i couldn`t find the description of this command.

As i only want to recycle the currently inserted tape, would it be sufficient just to set "Recycle Current Volume" or do i still need "Autoprune" and "Recycle" ? I get the impression it would be best just to set the one command.

Best regards,
