Max Wait Time (this count from the moment of scheduled
job)
Max Run Time (this count from the moment of scheduled
job) I think that MaxRunTime should be from the moment
when the job has been started, not when it was
scheduled. so, if you did it, we can asign real run
time to the jobs.
