Uid: 107 107 107 107 Gid: 107 107 107 107 107 = bacula Either I let the daemon run as bacula:tape, or I change the permissions on /dev/sg3 and /dev/nst0 to root:bacula (as I did). I think I'll let bacula-sd run as bacula:tape, thus I can leave the debian default permissions as they are.
